This item was advertised on your website, but my order was cancelled after purchase. I felt misled and disappointed. Upon cancellation of the order TGW offer no apology or alternative

Not happy at all with this purchase, it was discontinued, and was not told about it until almost 2 weeks later by email, when I called to ask about it, I was told there were new bags available, but they would not give me the same Price as the discontinued bag. This is not the way to keep customers.
