Shipping was fast and it came in perfect condition. The only complaint is that the buttons are in the back and if you are too short you might have trouble reaching them. Really heavy wood, no damage to speak of. Was delivered very quickly and the Range Hood Store was great about updating tracking information. The color of the hood is exactly what I imagined it to be and will look lovely with our dark wood trim and pop again the sort of beige subway tile we're using for the back splash.
