TLDR: I highly recommend this ink if you're in need of it for your printer; however, I had to do a trial and error with it because my printer wasn't picking it up when installed. Discovered that my printer was the problem, had a talk with Walmart online, and got a refund for the purchase in August, which was originally made in June. The shipping time was quick as within a day or two from ordering online to being dropped into my mailbox. The problem came from my printer not reading the cartridges at all. I did an item replacement - they'll send you a new one and you send back the first one - and, again, it arrived within two to three days' time. Again, the printer didn't recognize the cartridges. First time, I thought it was the cartridges because my printer was fine the last time and it had been about a month or so before I actually opened the new box since it arrived. Second time, I for sure knew it was the printer that was the problem because I tried it as soon as the ink made it to the house and it still wasn't recognized. I contacted Walmart online to let them know what the problem was and that I just wanted to return the ink for a refund, especially since you can't or won't take open ink back to the store because they treat it like opened food - it could be tampered with or swapped with something else, I guess. I could swap it out if they had one in stock at the store, they didn't, but they can't do returns for it. *shrugs* However, you can return it online within the first 90 days, thankfully, so I initiated that and got the refund the same day they got the item back. Overall, I'd highly recommend this item if your printer still works.
