OEM Product

I ordered OEM Brother toner and got it. So many times you order these items on the internet and the ad says Brother, but in fact it is an old cartridge refilled by some third party. The toner is pricey but much lower than buying at office supply houses, and some time you cannot find what you want.

Very Messy

I have had the MFC9840 for quite a few years. Lately, I have become disappointed how much toner the cartridges (especially magenta) lose inside the printer. Making a real mess. Once bought a 'compatible' cartridge & it did that, so went back to OEM Brother, however it now does it just as bad.
