I'm very, very happy with my 8-qt Instant Pot Ultra and use it all the time. I bought the 3-qt stainless steel inner cooking pot to fit inside my 8-qt inner cooking pot so I could use the pot-in-pot method when cooking certain dishes for my large family. It has worked beautifully!

Gluten Free on the road

This appliance allows me to eat gluten free anywhere I go. (except for camping :)). Everyone's Celiac Disease is very serious. I have found a restaurant that has gluten flour has cross contamination. NO MATTER how celiac friendly. The instant pot keeps me safe. Cooks food quickly so I can join my spouse in the restaurant for a glass of wine or morning coffee. It's a fantastic item for me.

Genuine Instant Pot inner pot for 3 qt Instant Pot

It is a genuine Instant Pot liner for a 3 quart Instant Pot. Reasonably priced. Available from Walmart when Amazon had stocked out. Most likely will be used for PIP (pot in pot) cooking in my 6 quart Instant Pot. Will also be used as back up for the current inner pot of the 3 quart. All Instant Pot liners are solid, well made and have a thick base, which apparently can be used on a stove top (element, gas and glass top - yes; induction - no, not magnetic), but I probably wouldn't (ab)use it like that. These inner pots can also go in the oven with foil cover or suitable lid.
