I was impressed on the stability of the unit. Was concerned about operation on carpet and making it over carpet transitions in doorways, but it handled them no problem. The single front wheel makes navigation in the house very easy, almost zero turn. Sitting on it, I did not feel like my father would have any problems with balance, which he hasn't. I did not receive the challenger accessories, but have contacted senior.com and waiting on feedback. Overall, I would definitely give it a full thumbs up, I am very satisfied and my father (and mother) love it. I think it has given my father some additional freedom since he has such a hard time with oxygen levels and saves my mom from having to push a wheel chair around the house. I do not think they could have unboxed and put it all together, so you will want to consider that. The delivery person was even nice enough to put it on their back patio to keep it out of the rain until I could get over to do it. All around, I am very happy about the purchase.

Scooter works great except one thing, the battery! It won't hold a charge for more than 15 minutes! Every time I try to go on walks with my mother (the person I bought the scooter for) we only manage to make it to the and of our neighborhood street and back before the battery goes from 100% to 0%. Very disappointed in the battery life.
