Product came quickly and set up was easy. Unit is efficient and cools my 500 sq ft apartment very well. I love that there is no water pan to empty when it's cooling/dehumidifying! The only drawback is the replacement filters are expensive and cost to ship them is outrageous.

to start, I HATE FEDEX WITH A PASSION. in my area, my neighbors and I have problems with getting our packages delivered. FEDEX just delivers them at random houses. its been a problem for years. please change carriers or let the customer choose the carrier. UPS and Amazon are always delivered on time and at the correct address. as for the product, works great

Product came broken. The fan itself was cracked on the inside and multiple pieces were out of place, cracked, and broken. The fan blades themselves were also stuck in the closed position when powering on the unit. I would not recommend.
