Normally I get the regular white kind but this brown one taste better in my coffee if you don't mind the couple carbs! The Whole Earth Baking Blend is by far my favorite keto sugar. No after taste…..just taste like sugar

Love this in making caramels
Trying to make Keto caramels and had previously been using straight allulose but was having trouble making shelf stable caramels. Found this product and used it just like brown sugar in the caramels and success! It makes a toffee like consistency a little more brittle than a caramel...think skor chocolate bar centers. I will play a bit more with temperature to see if I can get it a little more chewy but this is a game changer. Note: It does foam up way more than straight allulose so use a bigger pot and it has a slight cooling taste/sensation which I believe is from the Erythritol.
