The all-in-one particle allows for easy application and coverage with little dust. Apply Whitney® Farms Organic & Natural All Purpose Plant Food by mixing into soil. For new plantings, work the fertilizer into the garden bed at a depth of 6 to 8 inches by digging or tilling. For new larger plants or shrubs, mix plant food into soil around root ball. For established plants, carefully work plant food in the soil around the plant. Avoid piling plant food against the stem or trunk. When using a container, pick one with a drainage hole and a clear or matching saucer to catch any excess water.
