Doesn't look like the picture and over priced

I was planning to buy 1 of every color but decided I'd buy 1 first and I'm glad I did. These are essentially thin spandex pull up elastic waist skirts and really should be under $10. It came in a clear plastic bag and I was disappointed as soon as Fedex put the lightweight envelope in my hand. It just got worse once I opened the package. It looks nothing like the pictures the designer came up with. I'm still deciding whether or not it goes back.
