Order incomplete and not as described

The foam core I ordered was fine. The entire problem was with the delivery and product description. I ordered a 10-pack of boards and only received 9 of them 😡 The boards were described as 30" x 40" and that is not what was delivered. The 9 boards I received were 32" x 40". If I'd known this I would have gone straight to Blicks to buy them. I have attached a picture showing I received only 9 boards. I don't have a picture showing that they are the wrong size because I had to give them to my students for an immediate deliverable.
