This is not for beginning tanners. It will set you on fire if you do not have a base tan. To me the tingle isnt extreme, but its definitely there. After leaving the tanning bed your skin will feel hot %26 it'll be red, but when that wears off this lotion leaves an awesome natural looking tan. This is my first time using this lotion %26 I am overall pleased with it. I do recommend trying it if your just looking for an affordable tingle lotion. I will most likely buy this again, but I'm still stuck on %26 will go back to Cherry Bomb. I just havent found anything that compares to it.
