Our white wheat berries yield exceptional nutrition and are tested for baking quality. Milled white wheat produces excellent yeast breads and sourdoughs. Our wheat is lab-tested chemical and glyphosate free and Non-GMO. It is grown in the USA by family farmers from Utah and Idaho and packaged in our state-of-the-art plant in Utah. Our wheat is sproutable (never irradiated). For over 40 years, we have been helping build emergency food storage. Our 25 lb hard white wheat is packaged with oxygen absorbers in a sealed mylar bag AND a durable food-grade pail for a 25 year shelf life (when stored properly). Mylar is impervious to pests, air, and moisture, keeping food fresh for decades. Wheatland is a small, employee owned business. Our passion is providing people with Real Food for a Better Life.
