Westward No. 12 Scoop Shovel, Plastic Blade, 30 in L Black Wood Handle 45GV20

This is a very high quality shovel, with a nice sturdy handle and a really thick plastic blade. The only negative I can see is that the wood handle is somewhat loose on both ends. If that would bother you then I suggest you look elsewhere. For me, it is the best plastic blade snow shovel that I ever used. It really digs into light to medium weight snow, and cleared my driveway in no time at all. And with very little effort on my part. We'll see how long it lasts. But I think that if you stay away from the ice, it will last a long time.
