Healthy Choices!
While my family enjoys a predominantly organic plant-based diet, I do love my pasta! There are many versions of this machine available, but I kept finding myself going back to this hand cranked option, due to having a 5 y/o Granddaughter who visits our farm every weekend and has a deep interest in gardening, harvesting, and cooking. The process this machine uses is so easy and fun for her, while keeping our food choices clean and pure!
