The Weston PRO-3000 Stainless Steel Vacuum Sealer is ideal for sealing your season's harvest, portioning out bulk beef, pork and lamb from a butcher or direct from a farm, and for sealing your fresh catch . This sealer features an easy-to-use control panel which helps you to monitor the stages of the sealing process and seal time, and has an extra large sealing bar for sealing bags up to 15" wide. The PRO-3000 vac sealer also includes a double piston vacuum-pump to deliver up to 28" HG vacuum strength. This model has an automatic mode with simple one touch operation and a manual mode allows you to control the amount of vacuum pressure for sealing sharp, delicate or moist foods and objects. The transparent acrylic lid allows for perfect bag alignment while sealing.

only used it a few times but so far the best vacuum sealer i have ever purchased . sure its a little pricey but i have already spent almost 800.00 on several other machines that are no longer in use. i will update this when i use it more .

I'm very disappointed that this "American" company is actually made in China. Not one of their products are made in the USA, even though the company is based in Ohio.
