It's great for making your own burgers, sausage, and jerky from beef, pork, bison, venison, chicken, turkey, and other meats. Just put the seasonings, water, and ground meat into the hopper and turn the sturdy aluminum handle to combine ingredients in minutes. The large hopper holds up to 20 lbs. of ground meat. It's easy to check the mixing progress through the clear plastic lid or add seasonings using the seasoning slot without stopping to lift the lid. The rubber-covered feet are adjustable and help to prevent slipping. They also protect countertops and other work surfaces where you're mixing meat. The meat mixer is easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning. The stainless steel mixing paddles are easy to remove for quick cleanup in the sink.
