Go by the shippers tracking not by Walmarts.

The generator is great. After putting in the oil, hooing it up to the propane started immediately. The only downside I have is not with the product and not with R%26L Carriers both were right on with delivery. Do not go by what Walmart says when it comes to tracking. Use the actual shipper's tracking. Walmarts had my generator leaving Ohio, 30 minutes later it arrived in Florida. The next day it went to another depot somewhere in ohio then the next day to another state. R%26L Carriers tracking was right on the money.
