How to Use Western Premium BBQ Products Hickory BBQ Smoking Chips
You can use Western Premium BBQ Products Hickory BBQ Smoking Chips to smoke meats in a variety of ways. They can be used in a charcoal, gas, or electric grill.
If you're using wood chips for smoking your meats on a gas or charcoal grill, place dry wood chips in a foil pack or a smoke box and place them over the heat. Let the hickory chips start smoking, and then move them to one side of your grill. Place your meat on the grill and close the lid. Cook to time or temperature you normally would, keeping the lid closed as much as possible. The chips will smoke for 20 to 30 minutes. If you need to cook your meat for a longer period of time, have an extra smoker box or pouch of wood chips ready to go.
