Chosen for reliability.

I was concerned by the low reviews when I originally made the purchase, but it was only a small number of reviews, and I know Western Digital to be a reputable company that has made reliable drives for a long time, so I risked it. I specifically chose WD, because it was my intention to create a RAID 0 array in my laptop, and I wanted the most dependable drives I could get. The drives haven't been installed long yet, so I can't speak to my own experience with their reliability, but otherwise they have been great. They showed up working, and have given me no problems of any kind so far.

This review is not for the drive but for the vendor. i have a 4TB WD Blue Nvme drive. and it works flawlessly. the issue is i ordered a 2 TB drive and received a 500Gb drive instead. I would have preferred if they had canceled the order instead of sending me the wrong item. would have saved us both time and money.
