Comb through. COLOR FRESH pH 6.5: Depending on hair condition and desired color intensity leave to develop for approximately 20 minutes. COLOR FRESH pH 6.5 Silver: Depending on hair condition and desired color intensity leave to develop for 5-20 minutes. 3. After development, emulsify with warm water then rinse the hair thoroughly.
