Loved it

PRETTY LITTLE LILAC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last night I tried the Wella ColorCharm T68 Lavender permanent crème toner. I did NOT use both boxes and both bottles of developer, but I recommend that you do. I also did not lighten my roots, as I feel this gives a better more “natural feel” and gives an elegant balance. The smell was a little strong, but that is really the only downside. I allowed it to stay in my hair for 30 minutes to achieve these results.

Probably Works Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not have bleached hair. I did apply some of this product just to see if anything would show. It did make my hair feel soft and look shiny. No color shows if you're not bleached.
