Good decor. Poor balloon quality

Although the decorative material was good, it was not pre strung and took me about one hour to set up. It came out nice. However, the balloon quality needs to be checked. All 20 to 25 balloons that were in the pack ended up bursting after about an hour or so, even those that had substantially low air pressure ended up bursting and my effort of three hours went to waste. After blowing balloons through my childhood I dont think this was any rocket science and clearly is an issue with the quality of the balloons.
