Weber 36'' Rust-Resistant Griddle with Pre-Seasoned Carbon-Steel Cooktop

We are SO happy with this griddle. We have purchased many Weber grills over the years for both personal use and for vacation rental properties here in Naples, Florida. Lucky enough to live on the water but unlucky enough to have lost our top of the line Weber grill to once-in-a-lifetime storm surge, we went for the bigger baddest Weber griddle and LOVE it. We cook everything that we ever cooked on the grill but the added benefits are the best smash burgers in the history of burgers, pancakes and awesome searing capability for tuna steaks and veggies. Definitely go for the cutting board and caddy that fit perfectly to the left and right of the griddle. This is the best piece of outdoor cooking equipment that we have ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

After careful consideration and research, I chose the 36” Slate. Debated mostly on the 30 or 36 sizes. Went with the 36 and glad I did. First look, it looks massive to me. But after using it, I realized that I was using the whole surface to cook. The Weber Griddle is well constructed and sturdy. The casters are great and it moves effortlessly. The griddle surface comes legitimately preseasoned. The surface heats up quickly and evenly. I am very satisfied so far!
