Weber Genesis S-315 3 Burner Liquid Propane Grill Stainless Steel

Previously, I had always bought cheap gas grills. Then I was fortunate enough to "inherit" a Weber when I bought a house a couple of years ago. I enjoyed it so much that I bought another Weber (this one) for my cottage. Our place gets quite windy because it's on a point sticking out into the lake. My previous grill would take forever to heat up if it was windy, but the Weber heats up immediately, even when the wind is coming off the lake (and even recently, when the sun was essentially blotted out by the wildfire smoke!). Overall, I love both of my Webers!!

We well worth the money. We always were hesitant to spend the extra money thinking all grills were the same, and Weber would just last longer. We then used an older Genesis at an Airbnb and we're very impressed with how well it's condition was, how easy that stainless grates were to clean, and how perfectly even the flames were in the burners - no more uneven cooking and long cleaning process, and nothing was rotting out at all. It also heats up very fast, we used to only have 4-6 burner grills thinking bigger was better, but this 3 burner has more than enough heat and preheats very fast. We then upgraded for a new one at our house, ditching other brands stainless steel versions.
