Just like the Big Shot

I got this when it was still available through Walmart directly, now it seems to be only available through third-party sellers... anyway, this machine is just like the Big Shot. So like 5 years ago, WRMK came out with the Evolution Advanced, which was their model of a die-cutting and embossing machine. You can buy a motor for it to make it electronic; it came with a set of dies; it was compact because the panels folded; the panels also served as storage space; you can remove the hand crank... and it's basically the same price as their new Revolution. The Revolution looks just like the Big Shot, and the mats are now 6x9" instead of the long 6x13" that the EA has. I always thought that was useless because hardly anyone needed the mats to be 13" long. The Revolution also comes with a magnetic mat, which I love. The hand crank is now permanently affixed to the machine and not meant to be removed. I like it. If you're on the fence, I'd go with the Big Shot because it's been around longer so you can get accessories easier. They haven't come out with replacement mats for the Revolution that you can buy separately yet.
