This has a very good vanilla taste. I've used it in several hot and cold foods so far and received excellent results. It works good, taste good and fantastic price nowadays. A lot of places are charging 2 and 3 times this amount for vanilla. Gave a great taste to my vanilla no churn ice cream, too. So, who cares what the brand name is? It may not be one of the bigger brand names, but do you want the big name or do you just want big results? This transforms your cooking into something a little bit tastier! Best vanilla extractI've ever used no chemical taste works well and pancakes to pecan pie to coffee. great value seems to always be in stock. i've even tried the simply mccormick, and that has a chemical taste. when i get to a quarter bottle i order more! Wadkins has never had a chemical taste
