Love it.I had a problem with fed ex because dropping and leaving.And this is a habit. Please if you are having a problem please include in your reviews. Walmart.com can't fix it if they don't know.And the more people who speaks up. The better. I recommend this 100 times over. 6 modes and easy installation. No tape needed.And pliers are if any, is the only tool you'll need. Reccomend.And feels good on arthritis ridden back
