Watercolor paper

This paper is complete garbage. It's supposed to be watercolor paper but as soon as you wet it, it starts to pill and doesn't stop until it's got holes in it. When I tried painting on it the paint had to be dry brush in order to hold color. I'm going to try weaving with it or using it in a paper clay mixture. What it's advertised as is not what this stuff is.
