These sweet & savory Alexia classics reveal how sweet potatoes and a hint of sea salt can play the perfect complement to any meal. Cooking Instructions: Air Fryer Prep: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full. Cook half bag for 10-11 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. Oven Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11"x17" lined baking sheet. Bake according to the chart below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 20-25 minutes. I don't stir them so they get a little crispy on one side and I sprinkle them with a delicious seasoning, mixture of cumin, chili, garlic, onion, and a touch of beef bouillon. So good. also celiac safe! And dairy free!

Delicious and simple
These have the perfect outer texture and if you cook them in the air fryer a little longer than the instructions they will be somewhat crispy. I added sea salt on them before cooking (You don't need to but I like salt on my fries). The fries will be in various lengths unlike normal fries, which is totally fine because they all taste the same. I have yet to try ketchup or any other condiments with them.
