Definitely worth the price, our room is 15x20, not counting 5x5 space before entering into walk-in closet. it was 88 in the room when we got it, it cooled the room down with in 5-10min. I did try the heating system for only 2-3min just to make sure it works as winter is hal a year away. it was hot. Assembly was easy, definitely recommend it
