I like Listerine mouthwash , but I do not like the sugary taste. It works for me and freshens my breath. This is also a before bed mouthwash after I floss and brush my teeth. Not good ingredients for a person that is pre diabetic or has diabetes.

For best results make sure to put an adequate amount of product in your mouth a little more than a cap full, swish around then very carefully gargle and remove from your mouth, I find it very helpful to do a few things, First you always rinse your mouth with warm to a little hot water after using the mouthwash. The term mouthwash is a little misleading because you still need to rinse a bit to stop the burn, but don't underestimate the burn it's really for your good, that's what kills the bacteria 🦠 in your mouth, teeth and gums ( bad bacteria) cause there's goid bacteria all through our bodies just wanted to clarify. I personally use the wash twice, once before I brush then again while the toothpaste is still in my mouth youll see the difference in your breath after you see what comes out of your mouth in the sink or toilet. It's amazing and what a clean. If you're a little squeamish about seeing what comes out of your mouth then just take a quick peak and quickly rinse out your sink. But it really removes the gunk that just brushing alone can't do.
