True Citrus products are great and versatile
I love to keep the True Citrus products with me for on the go water flavor enhancers. They are quite literally dehydrated fruit and crystals and nothing more. My store only carries the lemon and lime, but the orange and grapefruit crystals are my favorites! Hint – you'll find it in the baking aisle, along with the area where they have powdered and liquid drink mixes. I have to buy the grapefruit and orange online from the company directly, and wish that Walmart would carry them locally. One nice thing is that you can also buy the lemon in bulk for seasoning lemon pepper chicken and other entrées. It's also good to use in a pinch if you don't have fresh lemons to squeeze over fish and other foods because it's shelf stable.
