The RIGHT tool for the job!

Cannot explain well enough how much safer I felt doing my spring swap on my GT500 with this tool vs using cheaper tools. This is the RIGHT tool for any spring work. I felt safe compressing/decompressing and it was very sturdy throughout the whole process vs the harbor freight widow makers. Spend the money and keep your peace of mind, its worth it.

Worked very well for my SAAB

I used this tool to replace the front coil springs on my 1993 SAAB 900 Turbo. I followed the directions with the tool as well as those in the Bentley manual for my SAAB, and had no difficulty swapping out the springs. I have used other spring compressors in the past for various applications and I felt safest using this style. I chose this alternative to the official factory tool which lists for over $1,000. I also trust Eastwood's products over similar ones found on large internet retailer websites.

Spring compressors.

I have 2 other coil springs compressors. Have never felt comfortable with either but they allowed me to replace shocks on my own rather than paying someone else. They would not work on my E Type rear suspension. I wish I had discovered the Eastwood McPherson spring compressors first, I would only have one tool and lots more hair!!
