I'm sure it's a great product. We've been using Triplite KVMs for over 10 years. However it's not compatible with HP's newest Gen 10 servers and we had to return it in favor for a competitor that was compatible.

This is not an issue with the KVM but is a known issue related to HP Gen 10 servers and compatibility with various KVMs. Our website has an FAQ regarding the issue and a "possible" solution via an HP firmware update. However, from what I hear this doesn't always solve the problem and our recommendation is for the customer's to contact HP to determine if they have another recommendation. FAQ - from our website: Why am I not getting video output to my monitor when accessing my HP GEN 10 server? GEN10/KVM incompatibility: HP has addressed the issue concerning No video/intermittent video when connected to VGA monitor through a KVM. This issue came about as a full-time power management service which was incorporated into the HP Gen10 servers. A firmware release from HP updates the system to allow the VGA aspect of this service to be turned off. Please see HP GEN10 KVM Video Solution.
