Holley Performance 12-881 Fuel Pressure Regulator

Low rating isn’t for product quality or customer service, it’s for a misleading product ad online. I purchased the 12-881 as a non by-pass regulator because it wasn’t stated anywhere in the product description as all the other by-pass regs where clearly worded. In the description of the ports...return is mentioned. It’s the only hint it’s a bypass. Now the hassle of returning or suffering loss and throw it on the shelf.

I bought it hooked it all up to a electric fuel pump and it's says it's for 4 1/2 to 9 psi and it's preset at 6 but when I turn the key the pressure jumps up to 20 and then down to like 2 psi no matter where I set it at......
