I have ordered 4 in a span of a year and they all came in great shape. They are very convenient and we use them daily with no leaking or other issues. The only thing, which happens to all water bottles, is every 2 weeks you have to let them soak in bleach water to kill off potential mold as you can't wash these things too well because of the shape. Other than that I love them.
