SKILLET: Remove from plastic bag; spread evenly in a non-stick skillet. Heat on medium-high 4-5 minutes turning frequently. MICROWAVE: Remove from plastic bag; spread evenly onto a microwave-safe dish. Cover with paper towel; heat on HIGH 35-45 seconds in 1000 watt microwave oven.

Great tasting gluten free chicken
Excellent product if you have any type of stomach issues such as IBS, Crohn's, or allergies to food additives, no preservatives, no steroids! Ready to eat straight from the package. Wish I would have known about this years ago, and not have had to work so hard at cooking, in advance, healthier meals for work. The "short-cut" lives up to it's name. I can be eating a healthy meal within minutes! I prefer the original flavor.

What a Great Cheater for a Single Person
Any recipe needing cooking chicken you can use with this. Too many, but one thing I make about every other day is Ceasars Salad. I love cooking and entertaining others, but with Covid, that has stopped dead. The only real chicken I use now is for Homemade Chicken Soup. This item is also freezable, so if you can get it on sale, buy it. Do defrost, I take it out of the freezer, drop it on, and I give it a day to defrost. It comes original and I know roasted. There might be another, but I am not sure.
