My kids sleep in these for approximately 12 hours overnight. Sometimes they wake up wet and sometimes they don't. But making sure you have the right size fitted to your child makes a big difference. Also, I add an extra pad inside to help soak up more pee. Overall, better than most other ones I've tried. Which that have been a lot.
