COMPATIBILITY WITH WINDOWS 8.1
I have easily got the product working with Window 7, but cannot get the product working with Windows 8.1. The Disc which came with the Product indicates that it should work with both versions of Windows. Apart from this problem the product works well and produces excellent quality scans and is very effective.
