i have had a problem with this one toilet since i bought mÿ house back in 1987. i have bought 2 new toilets but the wax̌ ring nèver fit right. the builder didnt make tĥe pipe into the foundation deep enough for the bracket and the many wax rin̈gs to hold. this new bracket fits well, much better tĥan the original brackets. so far, no leaks. oh also the newest toilet wasnt level with the floor. plus it doesnt wobble at all.
