LESS THAN HAPPY WITH THE SET UP PROCESS`

I am extremely satisfied with the Sony Product line and have been a Sony customer for many years. I am very disappointed with the confusing very poor instructions for the "Setup Guide" that was provided. I worked in the mechanical design field for over 40 years and have been very proficient in reading and understanding instructions for assembly. This Setup Guide should be totally unacceptable to the Sony brand that I always knew. I even had trouble registering my TV on your website. Every step of my install has been a disappointment to say the least, I sorry to say, But the picture quality on my new TV is second to none.

So far so good!

I bought the bravia xr75x90L. I got it mounted on the wall last night, so today is day one. So far I'm impressed with the picture, and the colors are amazing. I do have to say that for the money I paid I at least expect to get a remote that lights ups at night but, apparently the next module up has a nicer remote but I didn't buy the low end tv by any means.

Regarding the remote, it's understandable to expect certain features like backlighting on a premium model. The X90L model doesn’t come with a backlit remote. It has a standard remote (RMF-TX810U) which features a simple, easy-to-use design that is effortless to clean. If backlighting on the remote is essential, the TX910U or TX920U remote can be purchased and paired with the TV. Despite this, it sounds like the TV itself is performing well, which is a positive note to start your experience with this model.
