Cancellation problems.

This is a very nice product and easy to place on shelves. My problem is with the seller. I cancelled the order but my request did not go through so I cancelled it again...it did not go through. After the fourth cancellation and another comment the cancellation FINALLY went through. I now have another order, of the same product - different size, that I also cancelled on the same day I ordered it which showed to be cancelled and now it shows as an active order. I have spent way too much time with this issue and will never use this seller again.

I like the width of the shelf liner. It is the width of lower cabinets--great for under the sinks. No piecing together of narrower widths for the lower cabinets. This width is not easy to find in a solid, ribbed liner.
