I'm a true 36 base but i had to use the tightest hooks, it's still too loose. I wish the straps were thicker. It does help with the under arm bulge but I'm not sure what would happen if tighter. I don't know how durable it will be but it is very comfortable, I'll try a 34 first %26 hope that's better
