I have not rermoved this item from the box. Its the wrong color. Its too heavy, its too much assembly. I started a return. the online says to contact the seller. I used this system to contact the seller and still have not received a reply or RMA , still in limbo, I need this item to go back and out of my way.

i've been trying to get a refund or exchange for this product for over two weeks. I didn't realize that would you order things through the Walmart app you can't always take them back to the store. So I reached out they said they would contact me within 48 hours and it's been two weeks. My product came in a damaged box so I'm assuming the product is damaged but I haven't opened it to verify.
