i got two for my kids for Christmas. and one if them wont even turn on. webe used both the charger it came with and the charger we have which we use for a portable computer so it has more amphs or what ever and still nothing i mean im kinda ticked off. how can you sell stuff that doesn't even turn on. the other one works great. now i have to spend more money on another phone.
