But walmart and straight talk helped me with a good deal on a phone and transferring my phone over. i really do appreciate the help because ive had the same phone for 4 yrs and had no clue of how to use this phone and i wasnt willing to pay $200 on a phone but God sent walmart and straight talk to help me and im forever greatful. thanks yall ❤️

when did they quit including chargers with phone?

seems like a good phone so far. I dont know why there was not a charger included. so buyer beware. it is a decent phone but be sure to buy a charger because this phone does not come with one. would have left a 5 star review if it came with a charger or at least didnt state it did and then not include it in box . kind of a misleading and inconvenient.

Does not keep a charge for very long

This phone is just ok, my expectations may have been higher than the quality, good 1st phone for your child except it has to be plugged in 1/2 of the time. Only holds a charge for maybe a couple hours before it is time to change again. Hopefully it will have enough battery to make a call in an emergency.
