Walker Edison Minimalist Solid Wood Canopy Full Bed – Black For $187, this bed is surprisingly sturdy and well-built for the price point. The black finish did arrive with a few minor scuffs and marks, but honestly, I've paid much more for furniture that was worse quality. It looks sleek and minimalistic — definitely more expensive than what I paid. There's a noticeable wood or painted-wood scent when first assembled, which lingers for a few days. About a week later, it's much less noticeable. I'm not sure if that's specific to the black version — maybe the natural wood finish wouldn't have it — but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, I'm really happy with it and would love to get the King size next time. Great value and style for the money.

This bed looks so beautiful put together! I love the natural pine and how well it will complement my daughter's decor. The instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow. My wife and I had no issues assembling it (it's most definitely a two person job).
