Bought to keep my basement door closed. We have a family room and a bedroom in the basement so every time the kids would go down there they'd leave the door open. I had to put it in the very last tension hole to get it to close, it was tricky but it's working well for now. Just bought yesterday so we will see how it holds up. As of right now, I'm about to order 3 more for 3 other doors in my house.

Excellent closer

I used two of these (one for each door) in an office breeze way. The air pressure created when opening the outside doors would pull them open and staff would have to continually get up to close them. With this little device they now close on their own. Looks nice, the doors open easy and it's easy to install and adjust.
