bag is good. i would've rated 5 star, but the folderable carrying bag is ripped and it didn't come with a bladder to test product. i definitely would recommend this bag because of its waist strap that helps secure and support the weight of carrying 2L or 10L of water. i tested bag by carrying a gallon of water in bag while riding my motorcycle for 4 hours. with the waist strap i definitely didn't feel any of the weight of the water on my back or shoulders. it was so comfortable. i didnt realized i carrying for 4 hours. the other test. i hiked an hour, no problems. the last test, i didn't lock the waist strap while only doing a 15 min ride on motorcycle, my back qas starting to feel the weight of the water and stress on my shoulders because of the pull of the weight of the water. the bag itself is comfortable and without the waist strap that helps with the support of carrying 10L of water would be very difficult and uncomfortable. i highly recommend.
